membentuk bisikan kasih yang tertuju satu; untuk mu

terasa ramai pikiran bersuara
kemudian tersadar hanya kepada bisu

dalam angan semu yang gelap
kemudian tersadar hanya buta yang setia menatap

tak pernah sedikitpun hilang lantun suara lembutmu
kemudian tersadar hanya tuli yang mendengar

Aku menyesap sunyi dengan lahap
Di palungnya bersemayam engkau sebagai sepi yang tak pernah lenyap

Aku menelan hampa pelan-pelan
Di sudut ingatan kau mengunci desah perpisahan sebagai kenangan

Aku melayari rindu lamat-lamat
Di dermaga hatimu; aku tertambat dan engkaupun terlambat...
